At the 34th Annual National Teen Age Republican Leadership Conference, the High School Republicans of Texas won 2 awards in its first year of existence. The state federation won the award for “Outstanding TAR Website in the Nation” for developing a website that “is a source of valuable information for active TARS in the state,” www.hsrtx.org. And the Alamo Heights High School Young Republicans, led by Club and State Chairman Connor Pfeiffer, received the national “Rising Star Club Award” for their work this past year. “I am thrilled by HSRT’s showing at the national level with these two awards and look forward to our continued success working with fellow teenage republicans across the nation. This election will be one of the most important in a generation and I look forward to the High School Republicans of Texas’ growth and success continuing this year,” said State Chairman Connor Pfeiffer.
